By downloading, installing, or using Gym Tracker, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Health & Exercise Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Gym Tracker is a fitness tracking tool only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations.

Before beginning any new exercise or weightlifting program, you should consult a qualified medical professional, especially if you have any pre-existing health conditions, injuries, or concerns.

You assume all risks associated with physical exercise, including but not limited to injury, strain, or adverse health events. We are not liable for any injury or harm resulting from your use of the application.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to use the app only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen. Upon deletion, your account and all associated data will be permanently removed.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code within Gym Tracker is the property of the developer and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gym Tracker and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the application, including loss of data.

The application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
